What do we do?

For prospective members

 If you are thinking of becoming a new member, you can try us out for 2-3 weeks to see if it’s your thing. Our walkers group is quick and covers about 9kms at a brisk 8 – 9 minutes per km pace for approximately 1¼ hours. The group allows for occasional regroups at strategic points, to allow slower people to catch up. The runners cover about 12km in the 1¼ hours at 6  – 7 minutes per km pace. As with the walkers, there are regroups along the way. 

Each walk and run is led by a member who has a good knowledge of the area where we are meeting.
